Submit a Book to Kindle

This page will begin the process of getting your book submitted to Amazon Kindle. Specifically, it will assist you in preparing the electronic part of your submission — the title information, book description and other relevant fields for your submission.

Please complete following form and then click on SUBMIT. We'll contact you by e-mail with instructions to get your formatted book text to us.

Your Name:
   This should be your name as you entered it when you created your booksmith.ca account.
   


E-Mail Address:
   Please be certain to double-check your e-mail address. If it's incorrect, you won't receive the confirmation message for your submission, and the whole process will pretty much grind to a halt.
   


Account number:
   Enter the account number we sent you when you created your booksmith.ca account.
   


Book name:
   Enter the name or title of your book.
   


Book author:
   Enter the author or authors of your book.
   


Book ISBN:
   Enter the ISBN number for your book.
   


Book price:
   Enter the price in US dollars that you wish to have your book sold for.
   


Book publisher:
   Enter the name of the publisher of your book.
   


Text to speech:
   Kindle 2 users can have their electronic books read to them. Some authors feel that this will compromise their audio book rotalties. You can prevent your book from being spoken by a Kindle 2 tablet if you wish.
     Check this option to disable text to speech.


Book language:
   Select the language in which your book is written.
   


Book format:
   Select the type of document you will be sending us to upload. If we will be formatting your book prior to uploading it, formatting charges will apply. If you will be sending us an HTML document formatted by yourself or by a third party, you are responsible to ensure that it is correctly formatted for use with Amazon Kindle.
   


Search keywords:
   Enter one or more key words for your readers to search by, separated by commas.
   


Category 1:
   Select a category in which your book will appear.
   


Category 2:
   Select a category in which your book will appear.
   


Category 3:
   Select a category in which your book will appear.
   


Category 4:
   Select a category in which your book will appear.
   


Category 5:
   Select a category in which your book will appear.
